Refunds and cancellation

Current mode: the website takes no payment. Until online payment is enabled, nothing is paid on the site, so there is nothing to refund here. If we agree on work by e-mail, the rules below apply to that agreement as well, as written.

The idea in one paragraph

The work is personal and prepared individually. Until I have started, you can change your mind freely. Once I have started at your request, I keep the part that is done and return the part that is not. Once the work is complete, it cannot be undone or returned, so the fee is not refunded. There is no refund for “the result was not what I hoped for”, because no result is promised.

Before the work starts

You can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, as long as I have not yet begun. Write to [email protected]. Refunds go back to the card or account the payment came from, usually within 14 days of my confirmation; the exact timing depends on your bank.

Changing the date

If you need another date, tell me as early as you can. Moving the date is free. If I cannot do the work on the agreed day (for example because of a power or connection outage), I offer a new date, and if that does not suit you, a full refund of the part not done.

After the work has started

If you cancel while a multi-stage work is in progress (for example Deep Clearing, which has four stages over four days), you pay for the stages completed and I refund the rest in proportion. A Reading that has reached the scan stage counts as started. A regular Clearing or a Protection that has been performed counts as complete.

After the work is complete

The fee is not refundable. What you have received cannot be returned. If you believe I did not do what I agreed, write to me within 14 days; I answer and, where I agree, I make it right, including by a partial or full refund.

Your statutory right to withdraw (EU and UK)

If you live in the EU or the UK and buy a service on this site, you have 14 days from the day of payment to withdraw without giving a reason. You can use the model form below or just write to me. Because many people want the work soon, you can ask me at checkout to begin before the 14 days are over. If you do, and I complete the work within that period, the right to withdraw ends with the completion; if you withdraw after I have started but before completion, you pay for what was done in proportion and I refund the rest. The same rules apply to everyone, wherever they live. Your rights under your local consumer law are not affected by anything on this page.
