Terms of Use and Terms of Service (contact-only mode)

These terms explain what this website and my practice are, what they are not, and the rules that apply when you write to me. By using the site or contacting me you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who I am

Festedius is a private energy practice run by a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. Contact: [email protected].

What the practice is

I offer individual energy work, done remotely: Energy Reading, Energy Clearing (regular and deep) and Energy Protection, which is offered only together with or after a Clearing. The work is done by me personally, from where I am, with your explicit consent. You do not need to be present or do anything during the work. What you receive is described on each service page. For the Reading, you receive a written message, usually within 24 hours after the work.

What the practice is not

• It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric care and does not replace it. I do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a health concern, see a doctor or a licensed therapist. Do not stop or change any treatment because of my work.
• It is not fortune-telling or prediction. I do not predict the future and I make no claims about events that will happen.
• It is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact the emergency services in your country.
• It is not legal, financial or investment advice.
• No outcome is guaranteed. The practice reflects my own method and my own understanding of the energy field. It is not a scientifically proven procedure. How you feel afterwards and what changes in your life depend on many things, including your own decisions and actions, which remain yours.

Who it is for

Adults only (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, if higher). I work with a person’s own request and with their own consent. I do not work on another person at your request, and I do not work with minors. I may decline a request when I judge the work is not suitable; in that case I say so plainly.

How to contact me and what happens next

In the current mode, the website takes no payment. You write to me through the form or by e-mail; I reply personally, we discuss your request, and if we both decide to go ahead, I tell you the price, what I need from you and when the work will be done. Nothing is binding until we have both confirmed in writing.

Ordering and payment

This section becomes a public offer under Ukrainian law when online payment is enabled. Placing an order and paying on the site is your acceptance of these terms, the Refunds and cancellation rules and the Privacy Policy. Prices are shown in US dollars and include all my fees; your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. After payment, I send you a confirmation with the next steps and what I need from you. The fee covers my time, preparation, the private energy work and the written interpretation. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. If I cannot do the work (for example because of power or connection outages in Ukraine), I offer a new date or a refund of the part not done.

Your responsibilities

Give truthful information about yourself; send only materials that are yours and that you have the right to send; keep our correspondence private if it contains my working notes; treat the work as your own private matter and not as medical advice for anyone.

Intellectual property

Texts, images and the name Festedius on this site are mine. You may quote short passages with a link; you may not copy pages, imitate the method descriptions, or use the name.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or for decisions you take after the work. For a paid service, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country. Before any formal step, please write to me; most questions are settled by a conversation. EU residents may also use the European online dispute resolution platform where it is available.

Language versions

This site exists in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Each version is written for its readers, not translated word for word. If the versions differ, the Ukrainian version prevails for clients in Ukraine; for everyone else, the English version prevails.

Changes

I may update these terms; the current version with its date is always on this page. Work already agreed stays under the terms in force when it was agreed.
